Another great hike at the Morton Arboretum. We went out to one of our favorites, Sterling Pond ! My boys and I always have a great time hiking the loop around the pond. Lately we’ve been expanding the hike out to the prairie and back.
Perfect weather for the meltdown. The evening before unleashed a storm with 60 mph winds and an 1″ of rain. Regardless of the weather, the course was ready. With over 500 racers and plenty of spectators the was well attended. A great day for all !
