Chicago River : Sea Kayaking
Hit the Chicago River with the old crew ! Great time. Put in at Kayak Chicago and went to Lake Shore Drive and back.

Testing a direct export from Garmin Connect, how do I look ? Not so good, had to edit.
Finally on the road bike.
Dusted off the old Miele, fresh tubes, tires and some human power. 17 mph head wind was a hoot on the way east, but sure helped to sustain 19-22 mph on the way back. I need to dial in the adjustments of the seat and bars – it certainly was fun to go fast.
