Still Riding Zwift: 90 Day Update On My Indoor Cycling Challenge

Still Riding Zwift: 90 Day Update On My Indoor Cycling Challenge
Here we are 90 days later. I had high hopes for the Zwift, and indoor cycling. I wasn’t sure if I could stick with riding it five days a week. But, my goal is to ride 100 miles for the MS150 Tour de Farms.

I am pleasantly surprised and surprisingly addicted to riding with Zwift. 🙂 I actually look forward to riding and getting my miles in. I think there is enough “game action” to keep folks (including myself) entertained while riding a trainer. Not to gross anyone out, but I am drenched in sweat after every ride. Which to me is a good thing. Yes, I clean up the bike post ride with a great Spray the minimizes odors.

I’m already past the 550 mile mark for the year! Typically I’m normally just at 20 or 40 miles of outside riding at this point. I can’t wait to hit the road and see how much this training effects my “real” riding.
