Tour de Farms 2016 MS150 Bike Ride

Keith Nowakowski cycling, family, outdoor adventurer's, photo

I tackled my 4th Tour de Farms this weekend ! It was a great ride ( Saturday only for me ) this year! We were challenged with a 100 degree heat index and an invigorating strong wind out of the south. None of that mattered when you stop and think of the challenges someone faces with MS.

The ride is extremely well supported with rest stops, water, sag vehicles and best of all; teamwork. Teamwork in the sense of, we’re all riding together and supporting each other. It doesn’t matter if you know the person or not, everyone is friendly and supportive.

Distances are flexible from 35 miles to 125 miles.
